We are In-Network with Tricare!

Through Tricare, you are eligible for visits with a Lactation Consultant. Visit our Services page for information on Lactation Consultations. We offer in-office or virtual appointments for our Tricare families.

You are eligible for a Breast Pump through Tricare. Follow the steps below to order and we will file the claim for you. You will need a prescription from your PCM and to be at least 27 weeks gestation. Please note, Tricare covers one breast pump per birth event and your script can only be used once. If you have already applied for or received a pump through another company please let us know before ordering.

Once your baby is born you are eligible for Milk Storage bags and replacement valves. See our order forms below.

*You must disclose if you have other health insurance in addition to Tricare.

Step One

Obtain your prescription for an electric pump (E0603) from your doctor, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, or nurse midwife

Step Two

Make your pump selection

Step Three

Download our Tricare Breast Pump Order Form, fill out your information, and submit it with your prescription to our secure email address pumps@twlgmail.com

Step Four

You will be notified when your pump is ready for pick-up. Please make sure your contact information is accurate. You will need to bring your Military ID and original prescription to pick up.

Six Month Reorder Program

Once your baby is born, you are eligible for 100 Milk Storage Bags every 30 days and replacement Valves for 12 months.

Complete our Program Enrollment Form and submit it to pumps@twlgmail.com. No appointment needed for pick ups!

Curbside pick-up is available from 9:30am-4:30pm. Call 757-642-4568 when you arrive.

The following products associated with breast pump use are specifically excluded:

*Breast pump batteries, battery-powered adapters, and battery packs;
*Regular “baby bottles” (Bottles not specific to pump operation), including associated nipples, caps, and lids;
*Travel bags and other similar carrying accessories;
*Breast pump cleaning supplies;
*Baby weight scales;
*Garments and other products that allow hands-free pump operation;
*Ice packs, labels, labeling lids, and other similar products;
*Nursing bras, bra pads, and other similar products; and
*Over-the-counter (OTC) creams and ointments.
