We are In-Network with Optima!

Through Optima Commercial Insurance, you are eligible for visits with a Lactation Consultant. We bill directly with them and you are not subject to co-pays, meaning no out-of-pocket expense. Visit our Services page for information on Lactation Consultations.

*Please let us know if your card says Optima Family Care. You may be eligible for a Breast Pump as well. If you are unsure of what insurance you have, please have your card available and call our office for assistance.

Due to non payment from Optima, we are no longer submitting claims with them. All Optima members will receive a “SuperBill” to seek reimbursement from Optima directly.  If you have any questions about this please call our office.  Thank you for your understanding.

Step One

Obtain your prescription for an electric breast pump (E0603) from your doctor, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, or nurse midwife

Step Three

Download our Optima Breast Pump Order Form, fill out your information, and submit it with your prescription to our secure email address pumps@twlgmail.com

Step Four

You will be notified when your pump is ready for pick-up. Please make sure your contact information is accurate.
