We have joined with The Lactation Network and are able to extend our services to most families with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem BCBS, and Cigna PPO Plans. If you have either of these insurance policies, please click on this link and provide your information for their pre-authorization.
We have instituted a No Show/ Appointment Cancellation Policy. Unfortunately, when a client cancels without giving 24-hour notice, this prevents us from rebooking that appointment slot and another client from being seen.
All appointments will be made with a credit card to hold on file. In the event of a “No-Show” or “No-Call” missed appointment, without proper 24-hour notification, the authorized card will be charged a $50 fee. Click here to read the entire policy.
